Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and plans can change. To ensure a fair and consistent approach, please familiarize yourself with our cancellation policy: Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment will incur no charges. Last-Minute Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the price of the service unless valid reason has been given. Rescheduling: We understand that rescheduling may be necessary. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid cancellation fees. No-Show Policy: Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice will result in the full service fee being charged.
